Here's how we handle situations involving damaged or incorrect items:

 

  • BBH Satisfaction Guarantee: We're committed to your complete satisfaction with our luxury bucket hats. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues, we offer repair, replacement and/or store credit options.

 

  • Replacement Incorrect Items- If you receive an item that's not what you ordered, we're here to assist you by replacing the item with the same or a suitable alternative, depending on product availability.

 

  • Repair Damaged:  In the rare event that your bucket hat arrives damaged, we're here to ensure a seamless repair process. As soon as you receive your damaged bucket hat, please notify us within five days of delivery. Send us an email with clear photos of the damaged areas and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your email, assess the damages, and determine the best course of action to restore your hat. Once the repair and quality check are successfully completed, we'll promptly ship the repaired hat back to you covering the shipping costs for repaired item. We'll make every effort to restore your hat to its original condition; however, please understand that certain damage might be beyond repair and in this case, we will remake the hat or issue a store credit.

 

  • Store Credit Option: If the exact item is unavailable for replacement or damage is beyond repair, we'll be glad to offer you store credit equal to the full amount you paid minus the cost of shipping. This credit can be used for any other item in our collection or on a custom order.
